How we may be affected by COVID-19?

We can only control the production stage. Therefore, they are always clearly updated on the Shipping policy page: As the COVID-19 epidemic is spreading (from March to October), to ensure social spacing, production can be delayed by an additional 1-3 days. We always prioritize the health of workers first.

Will the transport/shipping be affected by or not?

Most of our shipments are handled by USPS in the US. As a result, transportation may be affected by epidemics, outbreaks of violence or traffic-related problems that we cannot control.
